I just wanted to thank you again for your prompt response to my house alarm crisis yesterday. Unfortunately, in my panic, I made the mistake of calling another company first, and that company ended up referring me to another company who was a nightmare to deal with (how they were accredited by the Better Business Bureau is beyond me). Even though I said I'd be glad to pay the $100 to have someone come out to our house, he seemed to be doing everything in his power to not send someone out, including making me describe things that I didn't have the technical know-how to describe, and trying to talk me through testing and fixing it myself over the phone (he made me hang up and call him back after every step). Then, when none of what he said to do worked, he had the nerve to say to me, in a very exasperated and rude tone of voice, "Ma'am, I have four other calls on the line, I can't spend any more time on this!", as if that colossal waste of time had been MY idea (meanwhile the siren was still going off ourside our house and I had visions of police cars arriving at the scene). And he still wasn't offering to send a person out. When he told me to try the last step again and call him back, I thought "Forget that!" and I called your company instead.
The person who answered the phone for your company, the fellow who called back a short time later to tell me that a service person would be coming in the next half hour, and the person who eventually arrived to work on the alarm system, were all super-friendly and professional. I was extremely impressed, and it's pretty clear whose company I would recommend in the future.
